4. Shipping and Delivery
  • We offer Free Shipping across India. While we strive to deliver products within 5 to 7 business days, delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
  • Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.
5. Return, Replacement, and Unboxing Video Policy
  • Our return and replacement policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • ⚠️ Mandatory Rule: To claim a replacement or refund for damaged, broken, or missing items, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish. Without a proper unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.
