1. Return aur Replacement Ki Shartein (Conditions):
Aapka product niche di gayi suraton mein hi badla (replace) ya refund kiya jaayega:
  • Agar aapko koi Kharab (Damaged/Defective) product mila ho.
  • Agar box mein se koi part ya item Gayab (Missing) ho
  • Agar aapne jo order kiya tha, uski jagah koi Galat (Wrong Size/Color/Product) maal deliver ho gaya ho.
2. Return Kaise Apply Karein?
  • Product deliver hone ke 7 dino ke andar aapko hume inform karna hoga.

  • ⚠️ Sabse Zaroori Baat (Unboxing Video): Kisi bhi kharab ya missing item ka claim karne ke liye, parcel kholte waqt ka ek saaf unboxing video (bina cut ya edit kiya hua) hona bilkul zaroor hai. Bina unboxing video ke return accept nahi kiya jaayega (Yeh fake orders aur fraud se bachne ke liye hai).
3. Refund Kab Aur Kaise Milega?
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Agar aapne COD par order kiya tha, toh refund ke liye hum aapke bank account details (UPI ID ya Bank AC) maangenge. Product hamare paas wapas aane aur check hone ke 3-5 working days ke andar paisa aapke account mein transfer kar diya jaayega.
  • Prepaid Orders: Agar aapne online payment ki thi, toh paisa direct aapke usi source account (Bank/Wallet) mein 5-7 dino mein wapas aa jaayega.
4. Order Cancellation (Order Rokna):
Agar aap apna order cancel karna chahte hain, toh kripya use hamare warehouse se dispatch hone se pehle hi cancel kar dein. Ek baar order courier partner ko de diya gaya, toh use cancel nahi kiya ja sakta.
